From time to time your boiler might need to have a repair, the problem you have now is you are unsure what the cause of the issue is, what it is going to cost and when it can be fixed.

Faulty Boilers
Gas Leaks – If there is an emergency such as a gas leak then call 0800 111 999 an emergency gas engineer will arrive.
However, if the boiler has broken down, sprung a leak or has high or low pressure then you are going to need a repair and we can help. It is a great idea to check if you have insurance which covers the breakdown and repair, you could speak to them after you have contacted us.
We are Gas Safe Registered and will be able to speak directly to your insurance company if they make that request.
It is likely the insurer will require you to request a quote from us and subsequent receipts, therefore we are able to provide you with documentation via email, so all you have to do is forward it to the insurer without the need of making a scan.
Regardless of you having insurance or not, we will do everything we can to minimise the cost.
DIY Dangers
Please do not attempt to fix your own boiler, the risk and potential further costs are not worth it, just pick up the phone and give us a call. We are a family company and will do everything we can to help you.
